Bloom Foundation.

Beginner Reformer Pilates.

New to Pilates? This is your starting line. Bloom Foundation is all about building strength from the ground up. No pressure, no ego, just you and your body moving with purpose. Bloom Barre.

Barre-Inspired Pilates Fusion

Plie, pulse, and power through this upbeat barre-Pilates hybrid that’s all about the burn. Bloom Barre blends ballet-inspired movement with reformer Pilates for a full-body sculpt that tones every inch and builds long, lean strength. Bloom Flow.

Intermediate Reformer Pilates.

Golden Bloom.
