Welcome to the Bloom Reformer Studio FAQ page. Here you’ll find clear answers to the questions we’re asked most often about our Reformer Pilates classes, memberships and studio experience. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, our expert instructors are here to guide you. We’ve designed this page to help you feel confident before your first visit, with information on cancellations, beginners sessions, what to bring, female only classes, pricing and more.

What if I need to cancel my class?

If you need to cancel your Reformer Pilates class, please do so at least 24 hours before your start time. Any cancellations after this window will result in a class credit being taken from your account.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. We offer many expert led, beginner friendly classes at Mickleover, Burton & Milford, Start & Flow is our dedicated beginners class that gently introduces you to Reformer Pilates and helps build confidence from day one.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Each Bloom studio has convenient parking options close by. You’ll receive full details in your booking confirmation or you can contact us for more information.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available to purchase directly through our website and can be used at any Bloom Reformer Studio.

How much are your classes?

All pricing and membership options can be found in our Pricing & Plans section. Choose from single passes, blocks of sessions or monthly memberships for even better value.

Do you offer Blue Light discounts?

We don’t offer a Blue Light discount. When creating our pricing structure, we chose to keep our classes as affordable as possible for all members so everyone can access Reformer Pilates.

Do you offer female only classes and are your studios hijab friendly?

Yes. We run clearly marked “Female only” classes which create a private, comfortable and hijab friendly environment for women who prefer female only sessions.

Are your classes suitable for men?

Yes. Men often visit and are all welcome in all of our Reformer Pilates classes unless a session is specifically labelled as female only.
